The average earnings for a Flight Attendant in the first year of employment is approximately $22, 000. Bases The location for this position is based on the operational needs of the company and seniority. New hires will be assigned to one of the below bases. Current bases are as follows and are subject to change: PHX (Phoenix, AZ) DFW (Dallas, TX) IAD (Washington-Dulles) IAH (Houston, TX) Training Candidates selected for training will be required to successfully complete a tuition free training class for up to 3-6 weeks in Phoenix, AZ in order to be employed as a Flight Attendant by Mesa Airlines. Applicants will be eligible for the Flight Attendant position after successful completion of their IOE (initial operating experience of the AC) and all other phases of training.
